1. Quarantine and Warranty Period

All laptops purchased from our website are subject to a 15-day quarantine period, starting from the date of delivery. During this 15-day quarantine period, warranty coverage is strictly limited to desktop software issues (e.g., operating system malfunctions, pre-installed software errors). Physical damage, whether accidental or intentional, is not covered under this 15-day warranty.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

Within the 15-day quarantine period:

  • Customers may return, exchange, or request a replacement for their laptops.
  • Laptops must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • After the 15-day period, no returns, exchanges, or replacements will be accepted.

3. Replacement and Pricing

If a replacement or exchange is requested within the 15-day window, it will be processed based on:

  • Availability of the requested model.
  • The current market price of the laptop at the time of exchange.
  • If the original model is no longer available, we may offer a comparable model at an adjusted price.

4. Warranty Limitations

The warranty provided during the 15-day period only applies to software-related issues. Damages resulting from misuse, drops, spills, unauthorized repairs, or any physical impact are not eligible for repair or replacement under this warranty.
